The basis of our sustainability is to create and add value to the Turkish economy, stakeholders, customers and the society we are a member of. As Furcan Group of Companies; this value lies at the basis of our short, medium and long-term growth strategy. We base sustainability on humans, who are a part of nature, without falling into the human-nature contradiction. We work to transfer the services we offer and the values we produce for our country to future generations.
As Furcan Group of Companies; the basis of our sustainability strategy is sensitivity to the environment, people and society, commitment to universal human rights and business ethics principles, operational excellence and focus on customer satisfaction.
The pandemic we have experienced in the last two or three years has taught us as humanity the necessity of restructuring the world’s production-consumption and supply chain. In addition, we should not forget the results of the climate crises we have experienced in the last ten years. We have experienced the fragility of global supply chains, especially in the sectors we serve. At this point, we would like to underline how correct our stock management is, which is the most fundamental reason for not reflecting on our customers. Naturally, correct supply chain management is of vital importance for all our stakeholders as well as our group companies. At this point, we have put reconsiderations on the agenda of our companies so that our service and service flows are not interrupted.
In 2007, in accordance with the 10 principles of the United Nations Global Compact (UN Global Compact) and the 17 Sustainable Development Goals signed by TÜSİAD, and by demonstrating sustainability performances that contribute to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs), which are joint initiatives of the United Nations Global Compact, we continue to get closer to our goals every year.
