Mercedes-Benz Türk Technical Training Centers, which provide service with experienced instructors who are graduates of technology faculty and have pedagogical formation, offer technical training opportunities in more than 30 subjects including Vehicle Mechatronics, Engine Mechatronics, Assembly, Technical Drawing, Measurement Technique, New Generation Basic Engine, Robotics, Basic Hydraulics, Paint Information and Applications, Drive Systems in Vehicles and Tire Technique.
Making a difference in its sector with its innovative and diversified training programs in the field of technical education, Mercedes-Benz Türk contributes to the well-equipped training of the workforce for the employment needs of its sector with the Technical Training Centers it established in Hoşdere Bus Factory and Aksaray Truck Factory. Technical Training Centers offer Mercedes-Benz Türk employees who want to improve themselves from within and outside the company the opportunity to increase their technical skills and knowledge.
Technical Training Centers, established in 1998 within Aksaray Truck Factory and in 2000 within Hoşdere Bus Factory and spread over an area of over 2,000 square meters, provide an enjoyable and productive learning experience by offering training programs open to everyone with their workshops, laboratories and expert trainer staff suitable for sectoral requirements. With the training programs called “On-Site Trainer”, which are carried out at the place and time determined in line with the requests of the companies and whose content is specially designed in line with the demands of the companies, it offers participants a training opportunity equipped with flexibility and personalized content. In addition to technical training, practical applications are also included in both centers.
Extensive technical training content customized to meet your needs
Hosdere Technical Training Center, which has 14 workshops and laboratories, offers technical training opportunities on more than 20 different topics including Technical Drawing, Tolerance and Tolerance Symbols, Measurement Technique, New Generation Basic Engine, Robotics, PLC, Basic Hydraulics.
The Technical Training Center, located in Aksaray Truck Factory, the star of the Central Anatolia Region, also provides more than 30 training opportunities with its 6 workshops and 4 laboratories including Basic and Advanced Electric-Electronics, Auto Electronics, Pneumatic and Electropneumatic Systems in Trucks, Vehicle Mechatronics, Engine Mechatronics.
Approximately 110,000 hours of training are provided annually in Technical Training Centers, which provide service with experienced instructors who are graduates of technology faculty and have pedagogical formation. In addition to detailed product-oriented training, basic technical training is also provided to interns from Vocational and Technical Anatolian High Schools and universities, Mercedes-Benz Türk field workers and engineers. After ensuring their technical development, interns are directed to relevant manufacturing units and have the opportunity to work at Mercedes-Benz Türk. Technical Education Centers also provide support for the technical development of all engineers, especially Mercedes-Benz Türk R&D engineers, with training content prepared focusing on new technologies.
